This is a difficult one. I must say I have wondered myself a few times, Release To The System is a long-time favourite track of mine. What I have been able to find out is that old-time ravers N-Joi are Mark Franklin and Nigel Champion. I don't imagine that Mark Franklin is a terribly uncommon name, but could this be the same man? Yesterday we dug out an extremely dodgy copy of Warp's 1994 video that contains mainly material from Artificial Int. 2. This made me go back to the actual CD release, which opens with "Release to the System" by Mark Franklin - [rmx Beaumont Hannant]. Who is Mark Franklin? What became of him? It is somebody obvious who's now in some other group or working under an alias, or is it somebody who's sunk without trace? Listening to it right now :-) I * --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
