I'd go to ozone ( On east burnside near the river). Good electronic and industrial selection. Just changed locations. Everyday music is pretty good too (On west burnside near 12th st.) music millenium is okay, but kinda pricey and the selection isn't stunning. ebola np: botch

Ozone (Vers. 3) at 7th Ave. and East Burnside is great for electronic music and other types of modern music. local label Outward Music Company hosts shows once a month or so at the Blackbird, but the next event won't be until Sept. 2nd. This weekend, on sat the 17th, the paper is listing that Suburban Knight (underground resistance) is playing at Fez (316 SW 11th ave) but it fails to indicate if its live or dj and I'm unfamiliar w/ the other acts playing. its worth dropping by Madame Butterfly (downtown pdx sushi place/club) to hear decent dj sets but I don't have their info of what's currently going on there.
