Um, the involvement of Alva Noto is pretty obvious... so it's probably not a good starting point if you just want to check out Opiate's material. I like it, but it's not something I think to listen to very often. Should be sound clips at
http://www.raster-noton.de anyway. All tracks are similar, so whatever is up there should give you a good impression of the whole. :)
Although there isn't really an album out there that's indicative of Opiate's current style, you can download free tracks of his from
http://www.systemf3.com as well as stuff from one of his bands, Future 3. So far as I know they're all exclusive to that site, so definitely worth checking out even if you have heard some Opiate material already.
Also pretty sure there's an MP3 off one of the split 12"s at the Hobby Industries website.
