Yo, I'm caning T-Power's 'The Self-Evident Truth of an Intuitive Mind' at the moment. It's so much better than the stuff he's doing now - really lush symphonic drum and bass without a hint of cheesy ambience, in fact quite self-conciously unnerving. It's total idm without meaning to be, and his 'Police State' single is just as good too. Anyone got any other finds that fit in with the pantheon of idm without being created within it? I suppose something like the 'Now Thing' dancehall compilation on Mo' Wax would fit the bill too. (The best album of last year, in my humble op) I just thought it would be nice to hear about the view from beyond the goldfish bowl. Without, you know, leaving it myself.
