Even Coy West thinks you should support local music. So get with it!
Proem is playing not one but two shows in Dallas next Saturday, December
8th.
Proem is not a disease, so there is no need to consult a physician before
trying Proem. It's easy, it's fun. For a free sample, simply show up to Good
Records at 3pm on Saturday, December 8th. Users of Proem should experience
no noticeable side effects. Then stick around, since Pleasant Grove will be
doing a set at 4pm. They happen to be one of the best bands in Dallas, bar
none.
You can find more information about Good Records (if you don't already spend
way too much money there) at
http://www.goodrecords.com - for those of you
who may not be local, will be unable to attend, etc -
http://www.radiogood.com supposedly broadcasts live sets. Tune in a little
early just in case. 3pm CST is the time.
Later on that evening, you can head over to the Sand Bar for the Synergy
night and see Proem playing with Venetian Snares, Gridlock, and Death
Threat. This is an incredible lineup. It's kind of a combination of the
mu-ziq/Venetian Snares/Proem/Nautilis date in Austin that got cancelled and
the Gridlock/Proem date in Dallas that got cancelled. So, feel free to come
up from Austin to see this. Proem is. :)
Death Threat is local, too. Some of you might even know him, hmm?
