wow, i think i'm interested in buying the new autechre BECAUSE of all the whining on this list. want childish melodies? buy a frikkin Barney video. if i were autechre (and who are you to say i'm not?) and i had gotten such a strong reaction out of my new album so soon after its release, i'd be thinking i had done something right. i'm interested in being challenged by music, screw expectations. of course, then again, the new album could just not be very good... i'll have to hear it for myself. we're just folks who like listening to music right? and they're just folks who like making it right?
