Brian, To be honest, I'd go for the CD if you were only going to get one or the other. Reason? The CD has eight more tracks (most of them admittedly being pretty short of course, but that's one of CiM's talents) than the vinyl. Then again, I bought both because the vinyl version also has two tracks on it that are not available on the CD, and they're both very fine indeed. Check the Defocus discography here for full details: http://www.egroups.com/files/focusmusic/Miscellaneous/defocus.html Go on. Buy both. You know you want to! )Jamesq. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

i would like to add another opinion to this. as a dj i find it very difficult to mix any of these extremely short tracks. also it isn't what we call "dj friendly triple vinyl" - instead it's an entire album with 15 tracks on one slab of vinyl. if you are considering the vinyl for use in a set i wouldn't recommend it. go for the cd version instead. justes "Knapman, James" wrote:
