OK, to go back to a very fat and tempting thread (started by Che): <<warning: the following post is not for the faint of heart>> I remember a (somewhat eccentric) friend I had in high school...he decided to make a mixtape involving nothing but "The Reflex" by Duran Duran and "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister repeated over and over again, each in turn, ad nauseum. Specifically, I remember him having a boombox at the beach, playing this tape. And somehow, his friends seemed to enjoy it. While these songs may be loathsome by IDM standards, I s'pose we can at least give the fellow credit for being perversely post-modern in a way so painful as to inspire teeth-gnashing admiration from Alec Empire. - fred church bigkumquat@aol.com

I've got an even better one.... A friend of mine had a mixtape that consisted nothing but Funkdoobiest's "Pussy Ain't Shit" recorded from CD. In the middle of the song, right after the supposed 'queef' sample, and Mr. Funkdoobiest rapping, "What was that? The pussy just farted..." the guy who recorded it rewinded it while the tape was recording and repeated that one line over and over and over and over and over and over and over...... Of course, now I have the vinyl. That Accapella version is just dying to be mixed...... :) Aaron
