to defend myself i say this: in lameassboringsweden (where i happen to be lofuckingcated) there's a few online recordstores. none of them holds a good stock of idm. everyone of them holds a huge stock of boring techno. the people behind the online recordstores uses various words to describe the type of techno on the various records. "driving" for example is frequently used, and i suppose it's sort of a swedish word (drivande, which could mean something like that it makes your feet get busy or whatever) that has become a frequently used 'english' at these sites. i do see your point in this. i bet it looks pretty funky if you haven't visited these sites. last time i checked this place <http://www.algonet.se/~wasa/mga> was filled with stuff like "DRIVING PHAT TECHNO BY ADAM BEYER!!" - whoa. blows my mind. yatta yatta.. np:yeti/holtkötter/superstudio vit -bauri .
