Monolake's "Hong Kong" is a must. Minimal, spacey dub-inspired techno glued together with environmental sounds recorded in China and Hong Kong. Just make sure the notorious metal container doesn't destroy it!

Allright - orders time at my CD shop. These will take +- 8 weeks to arrive in Cape Town at a frightening cost, so please help me decide on which of these items I can possibly cut down and which are absolutely **essential** for my well-being and continued existence. Thus far I've got the following down on order for the last couple of months already, but they're finally going to be sent through (so they say): Fennesz : Hotel Parallel Cee-Mix : Low Flying Fragments Coldcut / V/A : Timber remixes, US version Morgan Geist ... presents Environ Monolake : Hong Kong Global Goon : s/t <><><><> G.Goon's Cradle of History does not appear on their index, thus they cannot order it. Is the 96 self-titled album good? Any offers of trades or tape-trades of any of the above gladely considered. I'm counting on *you* to help me make up my mind ... okay? I *

It definitely is worth picking up. I like it a little bit better than Cradle of History although they are both good. brian tang royalblue technologies
