I have to say my best experience with SAWII was driving up 130
(up Mt. Hamilton in San Jose, CA) at night into what turned out to
be a huge storm. One of the most eerie, enchanting experiences of
my life. And it was the perfect soundtrack. And every time I hear
it I remember that.
I think a _lot_ of how you think about certain emotional music has
to do with how you first experience it. That doesn't mean the music
doesn't have anything intrinsicly excellent - it just means that
certain experiences may bring it out more.
