Thanks Che <<<< domestic us release cd for $8. basically if you like the tobin drum'n'(deep, sweet)bass style of bricolage, and associated eps (chomp samba, mission, creatures) then you won't be going far wrong w/ piranha breaks. if there are any differences maybe there's a more metallic edge to the percussion, and the latin influence - shades of flamenco guitar stylings, steel beats, tom toms - is moving more to the fore on this release. as always elegant complex percussion, hallucinatory deep bass squiggles, and smoky jazz edging slightly into free skronk. 4 trks about 26mins, recommended. -bub
