Well, they did and didn't. The last I heard they were calling themselves (himself) the K Foundation and were putting out D'nB! Hanven't heard any of it though, so don't know if it's banin' or bullocks. Anyone Know? bEn Synaptic Records (Rick and Ben) 608 S. There's a cover of "What Time Is Love?" on the Acid Brass album (brass-band covers of acid-house classics); this is probably the version they remixed. Having said that, I saw a posting yesterday claiming that Bill and Jimmy have remixed the Acid Brass version. There's also a new KLF CD ("Waiting for the Rites of Mu") due out soon. Word is mixed on what this actually is. -- ::: Lazlo (lazlo@swcp.com; http://www.swcp.com/lazlo) ::: Internet Music Wantlists: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo/Wantlists

K. Foundation was responsible for some art terrorism and one single ("K. Cera Cera (War Is Over If You Want It)"). No D&B, sorry, tho one or both of them was responsible for the One World Orchestra track on the Help album ("The Magnificent", which was kind of a D&Bish version of the theme from The Magnificent Seven). -- ::: Lazlo (lazlo@swcp.com; http://www.swcp.com/lazlo) ::: Internet Music Wantlists: http://www.swcp.com/lazlo/Wantlists

They have been the K Foundation for a while - their antics in the UK still bring a smile to many faces and they're in the news every now and again being eccentric :) The drum 'n' bass thing may be a K Foundation associate of Jim and Bill (I'm sure I remembered reading that someone with this sort of connection was releasing 12inches) - though certainly not Zodiac Mindwarp with whom they've been closely associated recently... Rubyjune. p.s. there's a *deeply* bizarre fax "interview" with RDJ in the Aug/Sept JockeySlut (along with a short 'likes/dislikes' thing by Luke Vibert, some Chain Reaction stuff, Speedy J, Coldcut, Photek, and a free Skint/Wall of Sound tape). I'm not usually predisposed towards this mag but this month it seems to have outdone itself...
