Hey gang, My local record shop finally got some more copies of T power. I guess it must have been repressed or something. anyway, I listened a bit and I didn't come away too pleased. It was interesting, but I wasn't blown away. Keep in mind I only sampled it for a few minutes. I remember a number of you IDM'ers giving it great hype. So what did I miss, does it compare to SUBTROPIC? - that is about the only Jungle CD I like thus far. I was also a little disappointed with the new Fila Brazilia, a little more acid jazzy than the last release. But the highlight of the week was the new DISJECTA!!!! I won't give a review since someone has probably done so and I suck at describing CDs. I can only say it is ten times better than the last 8 track ep. I don't mean 8 track like 70's tapes, I mean the number of tunes. thanks gil ps anyone out there have a copy of GAS em:t 0095 they wanna sell? /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ NAME:Gil aka GMV500 E-MAIL: videla@colorado.edu WEB PAGE: yeah, right! check out my friends- http://ares.csd.net/~albumsup - http://www.uea.ac.uk/~u9506276 PHILOSOPHY: AMBIENT+BREAKDANCE= IDM FINAL WORDS: MORE BEER! \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\\/\\/\/\/\\//\/\/\/\/\/\/\\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Chris.Hilker sez: # 8.19 Liberation Damn this is a smooth song! NWO theme, rolling beats, airy synths... it has aged better than the now tired and overly compiled A side, Mutant Jazz. Can anyone recommend songs with a similar feel? And who's that MK Ultra in T-Power vs. MK Ultra anyway? -- Chris
