I have to admit i'm kind of behind on my David Kristian
finding's, but this new release on Multimedias Pandora
is very good. There's a wide range of intricate sounds
on this full-length, from deep & dubby technotic rhythms
to a plethora of ambient/minimal atmosphere's. David's
unique approach of gluing digital spurts to soothing ambient
tones makes this a definite highlight. If you're looking for
new and peculiar sounds that steers left of most electronics,
enjoy wide-beats tied to dark melodies and subsonic bass-
blips, then this is for you.
As far as i know, this title is available as mail-order only,
so i'd snap a copy of this as soon as you have the chance
at www.davidkristian.com.
If anyone has an extra copy of "Beneath the Valley Of The
Modulars", please let me know. It's amazing to hear the range
of sounds that David is able to create, i just hope that i'll hear
more from people who share the same view.
