A good 60% of it is that spacey lounge jazz shtick that the gentle people
are notorious for on their two eps, and the remaining sort of blends
between light jazz, and smooth electronics. There's one track that still
leaves me breathless..... sorta in the ol' Jedi Knights/Reload frame of
mind..... smooth jazzy electronics with a lot of layered melody and bassy
rhythm. The track is one of the highlights from the disc. My only gripe is
that most of the singles have been included on this disc as well.... no
remixes, just the original work from "journey" and "Emotion Heater" (tiki
remix included).... it's all mushed nicely together, and works as an album.
But I was spinning the singles for a long time, and isn't as fresh as it
used to be. No worries though, it's a fab album.
