Underwolves = Ned Kelley + Professor Stretch. the Filter 12" ("Nine Lives") is excellent jazzy 'artstepping D&B with a heart of edgy dub. a twisty ?-Ziqal synth line and breathy vocals both twine around the beats, typical of Filter's genre-melting fusions. there's another 12", "The Crossing" - on (Alex Reece's?) Creative Wax. both records are sharp, eloquent, and better than anything on _Logical Progression_. par for the Filter course. trust that name...
