The "HAB" EPs were *admittedly* a tribute to Plug, not Squarepusher. Personally I think there are great differences between the "HAB" EPs and the Squarepusher stuff. I haven't heard Plug though so I can't comment on that, but perhaps someone who have heard both Plug and "HAB" can tell us how similar they are? As James Skilton, Adam H. (who has good taste in t-shirts BTW) and I have pointed out, the live Mu-Ziq was pretty damn incredible. Maybe it'll translate well onto vinyl, maybe not, but whatever - I don't think we're hyping it, we're just acknowledging something that (for me) was unexpectedly brilliant. that set really was NOT good it was bad,I bootlegged it perfectly and it was very crap.you must have been in a good mood, I was aswell incidentally so don't mail back and say I wasn't. You should'nt give people false hopes, they don't want to waste their money on a load of all repeating farts.Don't try and offer me money for my bootlegged mini-DV either as I erased over it with some footage of my friend having a wank and then later dropping a large one into the john.

1. Your comments are welcome and entertaining, but maybe try and separate your replies from the quotes, and attribute the quotes. It's a little thing we do on IDM so we know who's saying what. 2. This post gives a whole new meaning to taking the piss out. 3. So how is the milkman's wife anyway? --------------------------------------------------------------------- "Some stuff is obviously a lot more popular than other stuff" -- Tom Butcher Home Page, featuring Reagan on Black Velvet, the EMP Compilation CD, samples of my music, etc http://soli.inav.net/~kent/ Kent Williams kent@inav.net CADSI 2651 Crosspark Road Coralville IA 52241 (319) 338 6053 (home) (319) 626 6700 x 219 (work) (319) 626 3489 (fax)

That's all dependant on the identity of the poster - look at the header of the first posting:

On the subject of overhyping, blind followers, non-discriminating fans who'll buy whatever crap particular artists put out: if ya likes it, ya likes it. Some people can't get it through their thick skulls that some people actually dig releases or performances because the music appeals to them and don't buy stuff or endorse it simply because it's 'supposed to be good' or for the purposes of hyping. Remember that nobody's forcing anyone to buy 'overhyped' records... GD
