I've only been recently getting into the Ninja Tune Label and I can't get enough of it. I have their 3 record comp "Ninja Cuts: Flexistantialism", Up, bustle, and Out's "One colour just reflect another", DJ Food's "Refried Food" parts 1-4, and Coldcut's single "Autumn Leaves". I think my favorite by far is Up, Bustle, and Out's record b/c they blend all sorts of beats with ethnic music and sounds from The Andes Mountains (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador) as well as some North African/Middle Eastern rhythms. It also comes with a 24 page booklet full of pictures, poetry, and short stories. I don't mind paying ~$20.00 for all that and 2 excellent records with high quality production. Can anybody suggest any other of their stuff I should listen to? How about a contact address for them? Please backchannel all responses to me. Thanks. :) Take care everybody, Pedro Cevallos -- "When they took the 4th amendment, I was quiet because I didn't deal drugs. When they took the 6th amendment, I was quiet because I was innocent. Word out, brock np: DJ Food - 'Jazz Brakes' vol.5 - OH YEH, THAT'S the SHIT! ps: Does anyone have a extra copy or willing to part with, whatever vinyl release NINJA put out that has the Mixmaster Morris remix of 'Autumn Leaves'? I've got the Coldcut 12" with the OG mix, but it's not on there... I'll give an arm, leg or something even better! That song's so perfect it brings a tear to my eye ;)

I just heard these records tonight. They are Coldcut's "Philosophy". They have 1 copy left at Spec's in Miami Beach. I'm not sure if they do mail order but you could try. Speak to either Bruce or Greg. Peace, Pedro Cevallos -- "When they took the 4th amendment, I was quiet because I didn't deal drugs. Ok, I just went poking around in the Ninja Tune Discography and found:

I've never seen this album...Is it still available from Ninja Tune? Or can anyone point me to where I can find it? A million thanks, brock np: same as the last post!

Could someone out there post a tracklisting for this. I gather that it is a US (Instinct/Shadow) release. Cheers, Aaron.

Enjoy is right...this is one of the best comps I've ever laid my ears on! After getting Earthrise.ninja.2, for over a month, I stopped luging my big CD bag to work everyday and just took this one. I played it until everyone in the whole building was sick of it, but not ME! I'd play it on the way home in my car. Then I'd get home and play it in my living room. Then I'd go to work and play it in my car again, then I'd play it at work somemore...and on and on and on and on and on. buy it! Buy it! Buy it! Buy it! Buy it! Buy it! [sound of struggle] Sorry, but I seem to have got caught in a loop! Really folks, this one is good, pick it up if you can. bye, bye, bye, brock np: Wipeout 2097 soundtrack
