Hi, Checked my company mailbox for the first time in ages and waiting in the PO box was the guide to Sonar 96. Very interesting festival with the likes of the Jedi Knights, Autechre & Spring Heel Jack playing live. Interesting debates, internet access and all. What I would like to know is who from the list went and how did they find it? In particular I want to know what "Sahko, The Movie" with music by Panasonic and "Stakker Westworld" with music by The Aphex Twin were like!? Well, here's some info on "Sahko, The Movie" from the sleeve of Panasonic's "Vakio" CD. Well, if anyone has actually seen it, tell me about it too, since I've been to lazy to hassle with International Money Orders and to get it from Mute myself... ;) BLAST FIRST PRESENTS: Sahko The Movie (1995) featuring Jimi Tenor, Panasonic, O/, Hertsi, etc. 44 min video, directed by Jimi Tenor, shot on 16mm film. "Shows you what these guys get up to in their native Finland and their adventures as they attempt to conquer the world, and win!" Available in PAL format VHS only.
