Currently there are no plans (available to the public) concerning the
release of either Hangable Auto Bulb 12" releases on CD.

Which one? The Aphex and ?-Ziq release (Mike and Rich : Expert Knob
Twiddlers) is out on Monday. The Caustic Window album has been delayed
for three months. The Aphex Twin album on Warp won't be out for a bit,
and Analogue Bubblebath 5 is floating about in Rephlex land waiting to
be released probably in mid-1997. Just a guess though...
