here's more from http://www.bogo.co.uk/dmusic/ These are in the forthcoming releases section : - Next week: | Spymania, who have released tracks by Squarepusher and | The Duke Of Harringay have a new 5-track 12" from | Wafta entitled "College Street Zoo". It's in a dark breakbeat | style. Who is this then? Other than the obvious observation that the DofH and SqP are one and the same, there is not a lot to go on. July 15: | Deviant release a compilation of The Orb's remixes entitled | "Auntie Aubrey's Excursions Beyond The Call Of Duty". | The album includes 18 of their mixes including treatments of | Yello, Primal Scream, Erasure and Material, plus | additional new material from Alex Patterson. The quadruple | LP and double cassette/CD come with a 72-page book, | and there'll be a limited edition blue vinyl version. So this is the long rumoured Orb comp which was supposedly coming from Volume. Is Deviant anything to do with Volume? Volume is linked with the name "World's End" and the 72 page book kinda sounds likely, but this "Deviant" bit doesn't sound familiar. 4th world , we're rocking the planet (or something like that!) I've just read this, forgive me if anybody else has answered.
