First off: does anyone have any opinions on the following new releases: Mururoa-ep-Rephlex info sheet says it has autechure, aphex, and Drexicya!!! Meat Beat Manifesto-Transmission-supposedly electro and analog heavy, I can hardly wait! to Teep: It looks like Ultramarine's Hymn is finally available, hopefully the U-ziq remixes are on it. and that mysterious record on Prime is called Master O.C.-Breaks (the one with the headphones on the label) some other new shit: Third Electric-Third Stone from the sun-Electrecord records 003 i would recommend all 3 on this label, this one is real nice....one side mellow detroit style electro....other side a heavy electro stormer like LFO's tied up electro mix, and then a big beat electro number. Sterac-Secret life of Machines-100% Pure Sweet lp of smooth and sexy detroit style techno, give me this over B12 any day *ducks flames*. Techno Animal-Babylon Seeker-Angel records Headfuck material.....from spacey droney ambient to hardcore techno noise onslaughts....heavy and dark, music to murder your grandmother to. Beyond the sun volume 2-DAP records 8 tracker on the killer DAP label...featuring such artist as sterac, klik klak, alien fm, and insync vs. mysterion on the minimal tip: liquid acrobat-Venusian-Weird dream records 001- very trancey spaced out minimalist techno....very good, and extremely hypnotic, and i think he is on IDM as well! Heath Brunner-Untitled...V Max records Excellent minimalist techno from Michigan. File next to liquid Acrobat. Does anyone have the Silicon ep that they want to sell? In the Aphex Twin rip-off category: Solar X-Outre X Mer ep-Defective records U.S. The label says the guy is from Moscow, he obviously has listened to a lot of Aphex Twin, a few songs on this 4 tracker sound almost identical to Dick James. Kinda cool, in a Nutra Sweet or Playboy magazine type of way. On Now:The Extradornary-(one of the best shows on tv with the shitiest time slot) derek moses@imagina.com or 0--\___/--\___/---0 moses@teleport.com

This is supposed to be out tomorrow (Monday). Four tracker on clear vinyl. The fourth person is cylob. I don't have a track listing. Limited to 1500 copies, and all the proceeds are going to charity, but I don't know which one. Phil Downey
