when house label t:me decided to break into more electronic
listening music (at the time colloquialized but not limited to the term
"ambient") they simply spelled the label's moniker backwards, hence,
em:t, cd only releases such as the widely acclaimed woob, international
peoples gang, gas, miasma, qubism, etc. all of em:t's efforts are worth
looking into.
strange that jonah would spell his project's name backwards, to
convey a new direction in music. stranger yet that the word "time" comes
up again.
is it just all the good names have been used?
