Since the prodigy had a live gig here in Israel a year ago it was real
boring ravingly
speaking. Yesterday all this changed.
The Golem club in Tel-Aviv was hosting yesterday a party organized
surprisingly by
some of the trendier promoters around. The DJs were unknown and music was
neither house nor goa. At last!
1st came two guys and put on some chemical brotheresque trip'n'roll for an
hour or so,
I think they ran out of tunes by then after playing all chemical brother's
mixes available and some DJ hardware stuff.
Later came two friends of mine. They were, ofcource, the best and I was as
happy as
a puppy every time some record from my collection was played. Some Aphex,
DJ HELL,
Bizz OD, Gizz TV, Air liquide, Dave Clark etc.
and then came an unknown hero and in an hour became the 1st Israelian Jungle DJ.
I recognized some track from the regnegade selectors and all of it was great.
By 6:00 in the morning my friends came up again to play some chill out, they
began
with Coil's 'Protection' and continued in that vain.
Well. I hope Israel is looking forward to a better future.
