There is no reason that someone who listens to music discussed on this list should have to have read ANti-Oedipus or 1000 PLateaus by Deleuze and Guattari. To imply that somehow you are better for having read Mille Plateux is ridiculous. IT makes your mouth an anus-machine. OH NO! I just realized that my opinion on the new Skam is not worthwhile because I haven't read any Derrida yet! REAL CONTENT: Does anyone have any background on Third Eye Foundation? I think I know that the guy used to be in Flying Saucer Attack, is this correct? What other projects has he been involved in, if any? Is it difficult to get ahold of Semtex? IS their a good website somewhere? Third Eye Foundation is the guise of Matt Elliot - former Flying Saucer Attack member. Many of his releases are pretty hard to find now, if not out of print. Matt Elliot is also playing guitar with Movietone and produced a Hood album ("Rustic Houses Forlorn Valleys"). Foehn is the project of his (ex?)-girlfriend who used to play with him in Third Eye. His new album seems to be the last one for Domino and probably the last 3rd Eye album. Brice. PS : His ambient cover of a Yann Tiersen song (french multi-instrumentist dark/strange pop singer, ooops what a horrible description...) is worth checking out.
