To the person who asked whether it was worth seeing Banco de Gaia live (sorry, I deleted your message by accident), yes, yes and YES. Whatever some people might say about Last Train to Lhasa, fair enough, that's their opinion but bear in mind that a lot of bands play totally different live as to what they release. My introduction to techno/trance/idm came with a top night out at the 1994 (?) New Years Eve Megadog at Brixton Academy. The line-up was Banco de Gaia, Drum Club, Eat-Static, Orbital, Ozric Tentacles (!!) and co. and having been to see most of them again, and having bought most of their albums, I can tell you the recorded stuff is pretty good but the live material kicks arse. 64017915@mmu.ac.uk (we don't have names here, just numbers!)
