Can someone point me in the direction of an updated Richard Kirk discography. I've done a archie and spider search, but could only come up with a a Cab Voltaire discog that was last updated in November 1994. Thanks. MC

Funny you should mention that. I fired off a short review to the Stanford address (old habits die hard) last night of the new album. I didn't notice the mistake until this morning when it wasn't in my box. I was lucky enough to be loaned a promo of "The Number of Magic", the new Kirk album on Warp. More scrumptdelicious stuff from Richard H. Funky to trancy, all with his distinct flavor and unique sounds. The use of woodwinds on here is especially cool. I don't know if it is a sample or what, but it sends the chills up and down my spine in "East of Nima". Very slick but not cliche'd use of ethnic samples. Triple thumbs up.

i don't know if you all know this, but at Tower on Market in SF there were like 20 copies of this album...i thought you all knew it was out (if you didn't then there it is :) mikebee
