The Camberwell Carrot is a joint that requires seven skins and great manual dexterity ... it's called the Camberwell Carrot because it was invented in Camberwell and it's shaped like a carrot. Or something like that - the correct quote would be appreciated, although it needs to be said in the right accent I think. Great film - Withnail and I, great joint by the looks of it too. OnNow: A Guy Called Gerald - Black Secret Technology Q. Is A Guy Called Gerald a guy called Gerald and just a guy called Gerald? There aren't any credits on the album! Ash.

Sounds like a spliff, and Camberwell can lay no exclusive claim to it. Back in the 70's, when Drugs Were Good For You, we used to roll them by sticking one cigarette paper on the bias onto another so you can roll a cone shape. You can roll a bit of a match cover up as a primitive filter as well. Look sometime at the cover of the Wailer's album "Burnin'" for an example of a proper Jamaican spliff. -- [Kent Williams/CADSI/2651 Crosspark Rd/Coralville IA 52241] kent.williams@cadsi.com

Coming from Amsterdam this sounds all VERY silly. You can get rolls of cigarette paper here. So you can make them as long as you want. Anyway ... Out of here Bye, Sasja // Sasja "CHrOmE" Barentsen chrome@xs4all.nl -o- http://www.xs4all.nl/~chrome/
