THe Kode IV now doing techno is exactly the same as the Kode IV that used to industrial dance. I remember getting a press release for the first Kode IV album and at that time it was the same two guys--Hans Schiller and Peter Z--ich-sprache-keine-deutsch. One of them--I think it was Hans Schiller--literally looked like an android. I heard a single from them a couple of years ago and it sounded vaguely techno/ravey but not really trancey.
