dumb question time... I like orbital, and idm music in general (kinda why i'm on this list, duh) I saw a record in a local shop the other day on the ffrr label, but I had never heard of the artist (and unfortunately I can't remember the name). I am thinking about buying the record based on the ffrr label, though. Is this wise? Do ffrr put out other, non-idm-ey music? thanks, jim

Actually ffrr is a very widely ranged label. It's a sub label of one of the UK majors (I believe). I can't remember which one though. Most of the ffrr stuff is very housey. Well I can't exactly say that for sure. There is lots of different stuff on it. Beware though. Always listen to it first! If you can't listen to it then write down the title and track and ask about it here. -robert _____________________________________________________________ "If BOTH the SAW and the PULSE switches *AudioElectronic* are on, then both sawtooth and pulse waves sonic explorers are selected.
