Is it possible that the booklet was flipped about? I did that to
mine...colorful rendering of a "globish" thingee. Looks better, IMO.

I am not positive, but I think my copy (reissue) has 12...the last two
tracks are remixes of Accelerator and Moscow(? shitty with titles...).
