I recently picked up the Lagowski 'Europa Reprised' (on GPR)
single and was wondering if anybody knew of any other releases from
this madman. For those not in the know, Lagowski creates something
akin to intelligent hardcore - cool industrial rhythms (the main song
on the EP is "Piledriver") coupled with droney, haunting melodies.
Sort of akin to Joyrex J9. The single has an excellent remix by
Beaumont Hannant and a so-so one by Y03, who seem to be characterized
by the accusation TeeP (speaking of whom, have you found a copy of
that Diesel M single yet? *gloat* *gloat*) leveled at AI2 --
*extremely mediocre* IDM.
Is there a just plain "Europa" single? Any (hoping against
hope) full-length releases on GPR? In fact, does anybody have any sort
of tentative GPR discography? I'd love to get my hands on a copy.
