Fans of ambient music probably all have their favorite movie soundtrack
that they play as ambient music. Here's a couple more....
I picked up the soundtrack to The Angelic Conversation, a very trippy
1985 film by Derek Jarmon. The music is by Coil -- who are John
Balance, Peter Christopherson and Steve Thrower. This is a fine CD,
dist by World Serpent (UK).
I got to see the US premier of Glitterbug, Jarmon's last film.
Basically, an incredible home movie with a new soundtrack by Eno.
Watch for this one, I hope out soon.
If you ever get a chance to see Angelic Conversation, do it. It is
out there. If you love Derek's stuff, Glitterbug is also a must.
