Oh come on. It was a lighthearted list of "rules" he lives by. Did you read
it as a list of rules for you5? Are you not planning on sleeping with
anyone but Richard's girlfriend Samantha? As for celebrities considering
themselves "instant theologists," if someone asked me for a list of my "Ten
Commandments," I'd probably throw in something mildly irreverent too.

The important difference here is that a religion is not a person. Saying
"Christianity is stupid" is a negative comment about a *concept*. Concepts
exist in your head. They don't have feelings.
