Point of interest:
The Blue label is owned by the same German techno-acid-heads that brought
you Structure!! Much of the best Structure stuff was liscensed to Edge
Records - UK (303 Madonna, Mike Inc., Vinyl Countdown...). They also run a
hardcore
label called Mono Tone (the stuff clocks @ 170+ up to 200bpm sometimes).
Their latest and greatest stuff has been wierd white label projects
dedicated to specific German artists. I have a couple. One is I (Atom
Heart) live from France. Each side is about 20mins. THE MOST INCREDIBLE
LIVE PERFORMANCE EVER! It's all spaced out mid-tempo trance. Another is
a
single sided etched disk by Walker and is mixed by Jammin' Unit. I also
have a blue marbled vinyl called Shark Volume One, the most intense hard
acid I've ever heard. One of my favorites is Acid Jesus (A spoof on the
Acid Jazz label. they imitate the logo and everything) Klang One and
Klang Two. The last is a super housey acid record called Play House.
Another fantastic project they are responsible for is Burger Industries.
Oh! I almost forgot. They are involved with POD Communications
in putting out the Delerium label from Frankfurt.
These guys are responsible for the best German records out. Happy hunting!
