Dialect Recordings), DARKO, SENSU
STATIK DANCIN' is a new club mainly devoted to minimal dance music coming
(for the bigger part) from Germany. The innovators of these sounds are
probably the people from Basic Channel and Maurizio. -> Kompakt, Playhouse,
Perlon,... -> Michael Mayer, Isolée, Akufen, Rhythm And Sound, Luciano,
Ricardo Villalobos,...
Losoul : As a producer, Losoul has an impressive discography, many of his
records have been signed by the Playhouse Label. Today he has been noted as
one of the best DJ's within this emerging scene. He will play a 3 Hours DJ
set, the aim, sheer good groove.
Krikor : The prodigal Son of Minimal Techno resides in Paris. His live sets
and his music are close to Thomas Brinkmann's idea of music : deconstructed,
varied and funky,.. Krikor's firsts love were funk music and the bass
instrument. Those elements are still very much present in his music. Not to
be missed.
