really.. didn't know that at all! that's kind of strange, but it does
explain why the material he plays out live and claro sound so
different.. i was lucky enough to catch him out at phoenixfest here in
the northwest, where he played 2 astounding sets.. one being a set
similar to the defaultresponse set with a few different tracks, and the
other being a chillout set on the second day.
on another tangent, this set was followed by a set from travis stewart
as syndrone.. personally, i liked triskaideka a lot when i heard it the
first time.. he's gone and produced some wonderful new material under
this alias.. one of the tracks that stood out was kind of a throwback
to orbital's chime, in that the track revolved around a common doorbell
chime... beautiful, though, i'm looking forward to his sophomore album
under this moniker.

yeah, it's sadly not all that great :/ the track on the warp pool party
mix was much better, but that's in the defaultresponse set, too.

that's really too bad, it's quite entertaining to see an artist who
plays new material out live.. even if it's just being played back off
traktor :P
