i don't know when this was released (there's no date i can find
on the packaging), but i got it a couple of months ago, and i keep
coming back to it. it's burbly and happy and playful, but not
annoyingly so. the rhythms are subtle and interesting, and i find
myself bopping my head up and down to them without realizing it.
it's got some good semi-organic sounds, and it's definitely melodic,
although not in a super-progressive way. there is some progressive
layering of loops, and i think it's done extremely nicely. plus,
i like the cool picture of the wooden spaceship on the cover. :)
i enjoy this album a great deal--anyone else?
