I think the idea of emotion in any form of music is in the ear of the beholder. It's completely a matter of opinion (as is this post.. I realize there's some circular logic going on here but whatever) For some people, including me, the sound of 5 dot matrix printers whirring away asynchronously evokes an emotional response. Others get off emotionally to Bon Jovi or N-Sync. It's all relative. I'm not trying to say that someone's right and someone else is wrong, I'm just bored of studying so I'm using all of your mailboxes as an excuse to entertain myself.
