In 98 this Icelandic label, Thule, released a great comp called 'Fishcake'.
I remember it as the first techno comp that showed a clear influence from
Basic Channel / Chain Reaction stuff and stood up on its own. I'd still
thoroughly recommend it to anyone who can track a copy down.
Anyway, I've seen in some new release mail outs that they've got a new comp
coming out, called 'Mini:Malt', and was wondering whether anyone's heard it
and has any comments.
