unfortunately i've long given up on hallucinogens but back in the day, i
couldn't function unless i was able to listen to one of the following
1) Chill Out by KLF
2) The Orb's Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld
(start to finish. there is no other way to hear the secret messages)
3) U.F.Orb
4) En-Tact by The Shamen (hey, i was young...)
5) Locust Abortion Technician by The Butthole Surfers
now-a-days i imagine i would hunt down something by aphex twin or autechre
for sure. mouse on mars would be a blast. some old mu-ziq if you feel like
getting emotional. also i imagine squarepusher would be a fun ride but
maybe too much to handle? lots of detail is always a good characteristic
for that sort of activity.
damn ... now i want to go back and relive my glory daze again...
