Too true. But I do have a couple of CD-R's and that CD & 12" you mentioned available by direct mail-order. Only if they're in odd time signatures. ::wink:: On the warm/dark ambient tip, I'd definitely recommend Locust's "Weathered Well" and "Natural Composite". For beat-free dark ambience, the hottest record I can think of is Paul Schutze's "Surgery of Touch", while MLO's "Io" is just warm & cozy. I'm also going to throw Rapoon and Woob(/Journeyman) out there, for some reason.
