Hmm, I didn't interpret it that way at all. To me the track seems designed to induce paranoia in the kids in the club. They're there hiding in the dark corners doing their naughty little balloons, or joints or whatever, and then there's this scarey voice coming over the PA, implying that everyone knows what they're up to, and that they're probably on film right NOW! Its not a happy song about getting high, its a scarey song about doing drugs in dirty corners of seedy nightclubs. Anyhow - its a great track - very dark, low end throbbing, if you think all house music is fluffy and light weight, then you should check some Green Velvet. CheerioAndrewC.
