As to me the Snog IS poppy but that does not make him bad - they are
somehow unique in approach and that cannot be denied. They mix vocal,
dark
electro and changing beats very well. Though I only heard their first
albums. Also I like their texts very much - the one about "faceless
moneymen" is terrific.
