no problem :) re: cd info: oh boy, there's tons of sleeve notes in the
CD version! and mr. green has emailed me a lot of background text in
addition to what's in the liner notes (like I mentioned, they put a lot of
effort into thinking the release through) to prepare for the interview.
hopefully someone in the UK can help you out with getting the liner notes
