For what I know, the bleeps and bloncks at the end are kind of a bonus track. So the silence does make sense, not ? I mean it's the usual way of keeping the bonus track a bit more secret. Not everybody let's the cd run to the end but stops the playback as soon as he/She thinks the last track is finished ...
