ya, I programmed a patch in Opcode's Max that did a similar thing. whenever you pressed a key, it would send midi on/off notes using the mod wheel to determine the length of delay in between notes... kinda cool, and pretty simple. Anyone on the list know where to get a copy of Max??? finally got my own keyboard (wavestation ex) and am getting back into it...
