Hmmm, sort of...Personally I use Metacrawler:

which seems pretty good...also there are recommended ways of using
search engines and (according to a magazine i have lying around here
somewhere) most people don't actually use the engines properly to get
what they want. (For instance, typing one or two words in as the search
query is less likely to get you what you want, whereas four or five
words is more likely)...
