i have both ordered through and sold stuff through GEMM (check my old

i've never had a problem in either direction.
if they're waiting acknowledgement, it implies that the vendor isn't
reviewing their inquiry listings. but then your check or CC should not
have been hit.
i'd call your vendor direct.
